Letters and reports – the messengers and ambassadors of industry
The letter and report writing course addresses the problems many people in business face, such as writing concise, easy to understand documents that achieve their purpose. Poorly written, badly presented or incomplete documents are costly and damaging, as they reflect badly on the organisation.
The training includes

how to get started and avoid writers block

writing for the reader to encourage the required response

planning and structure

choosing the most appropriate language and avoiding jargon

format and presentation of the documents
Before training starts, we read and analyse examples of the current documents and use them as a basis for the training.
Follow up after the training includes a review of a letter or report written by each participant. Individual coaching for specific reports can also be provided when required.
